Learn why Trello and TechTime are better together.

Trello is one of the most widely-known tools used by Agile teams. The acquisition of Trello by Atlassian was a solid and logical move, as both companies share the philosophy of empowering team collaboration in ways that are unique and suited to their own people.

It also marked the beginning of some serious potential for integration between Trello and the suite of Atlassian products. There was a gap between the structured Jira workflows and free-form Confluence collaboration that Trello seemed to fit so perfectly. Atlassian now had the opportunity to achieve synergy and provide value for a huge range of individuals, teams, and businesses; from developers to HR, and everything in-between.

Atlassian did just that. Here's a shortlist of what has become possible from the acquisition:

  • Trello and Jira welcome the ability to link Jira issues to Trello cards for automatic updates that span several teams across your organisation
  • Trello and Confluence provide a seamless experience between the two tools, so your Confluence pages support every task on your Trello cards
  • Trello and BitBucket allow your team to move across the two while maintaining traceability with real-time status updates

TechTime is happy to announce that we are now a reseller of Trello! When you purchase from us, apart from the out-of-the-box Trello product, we also offer some benefits that allow for greater support and flexibility for your business.

Benefits with TechTime

Follow a familiar purchasing process

By default cloud-based purchase process is optimised for someone with a credit card. Atlassian does not accept Purchase Orders as a form of payment and the terms of sale are net 0-day.

Recognising the needs of enterprise customers, that often involve different departments and multiple approvals, we are able to accept Purchase Orders as a confirmation of intent to purchase. Once we receive a PO we issue an invoice, with the PO number included in the reference, and trigger the purchase with Atlassian, giving you until the 20th of the next month to pay. The Trello subscription is "delivered" as soon as Atlassian processes the order.

If you do not use Purchase Orders, a simple written confirmation, typically via our Service Desk, will do.

Skip the exchange rates

Our quotes and invoices are in NZD, so our New Zealand-based customers don't have to worry about getting caught off by pesky exchange rates.

We're Atlassian experts

TechTime has been in the game for almost 15 years. Out of those 15 years, for ten of those, we've been recognised as an Atlassian Partner, and have subsequently earned the status as a Platinum Solution Partner. We're also the only company in New Zealand to deliver official Atlassian training. In other words, we know Atlassian inside-out.
