The background color of the right-side theme element Page Options is now configurable via Custom Color 1 in Space Color Scheme (from Errata for 0.1.16)
The foreground color of the user navigation elements overlaid over logo is now configurable via Custom Color 2 in Space Color Scheme (from Errata for 0.1.16)
With only one blogpost the link to "Main" page is displayed properly in the single blogpost view (from Errata for 0.1.16)
The reason for sporadic complaints about lack of privileges to include the About and Featured Articles pages has been removed (from Errata for 0.1.16)
Activity page in space view now has the toolbar (from Errata for 0.1.16)
Dependency on two user macros has been removed, feel free to delete macros trimp and popularspacelabels (discovered during installation of 0.1.16)
Alignment of the right-side theme elements has been improved
About and Featured Articles right-side elements now have the minimum height specified, rather then set height, this allows them to stretch if the content doesn't fit
About and Featured Articles pages are included as excerpts when displayed on the right-side pane (if exceprts are marked in the content), this allows them to contain more content than shown in the pane, possibly accessible via a link
When About and/or Featured Articles pages do not exist a standard text is displayed.

Download the theme .jar file
Install theme as plugin via Administration/Plugins/Browse/Upload
Create New Space
Choose TechTime Blog Theme
The Home page of the new space will show up with two warnings about missing pages. Ignore.
Upload the space logo via Space Admin/Change Space Logo
The Logo file should be 800px in width to be in style with the theme
Add a page with name "About" with any text about your blog
Add a page with name "Featured Articles" with any list of featured articles
Other aspects of configuration
The Theme is morphing according to user's permissions
It supports distinctly:
anonymous users
authenticated users
those with page create rights
those with news create rights
space admins and global admins
Consider having special groups to denote those who can create content, those who can administer the space and regular users.
Errata
These are known issues to be fixed in future versions:
Full Archive links are yet to be implemented
Comment mode is displayed wrong
Search via "GO" goes to the space search result page, but the further search goes to the global results page
various problems with rendering in Internet Explorer
