Recent changes

1. Added BSD license to the theme jar
2. Published the theme to Atlassian site and submitted to Codegeist 2008
3. Cleaned up the current package
4. Action Links for Anonymous user are now displayed based on permissions
5. Allowed adding news and pages by Anonymous user but not editing
6. When Anonymous creates news the profile picture displayed was distorted and the link was wrong
7. Add comment link on the View News page is now aligned in the same way as the front one
8. Labels are now displayed consistently in space, blogpost and page decorators
