A lot can happen in a year. This year we saw the end of no new Server Apps, and next year we'll see the end of support for Server. From February 14th 2024,  Atlassian is sunsetting the Server platform and suggesting migrating to either Data Center or Atlassian Cloud (SaaS). Yes, that does mean Atlassian is breaking up with Server on Valentine's Day.

What does this mean for you?

The apps you currently use on Server will still operate fully. However, Atlassian and Marketplace Partners will no longer be able to offer any security updates for critical vulnerabilities or bug fixes. This means, that if you use one of our apps like EasySSO, it will still work but we cannot support you as we normally would.

This update is only 11 months away and we want to help you get on top of this massive change. We have two options to support you through this. 

Moving to Data Center?

We are present in Australia and New Zealand as a Gold Atlassian Solution Partner with years of experience working with both Server and Data Center platforms. We are also able to support your internal team through the migration to Data Center – starting from a feasibility study, detailed analysis of your vulnerabilities, integrations and existing Server apps that may be no longer supported on DC and to the platform design and infrastructure build on AWS/private Cloud.

Migrating to Cloud?

Migrating to Cloud is no small task, so if this is something you're considering, it's best to act now. We have guided our customers through enough complex Cloud Migrations to understand that it can be a particularly stressful time working against a strict deadline. User Management: You will find that Atlassian Access provides user management and single sign-on functionalities in Cloud. This is a separately licensed product from Atlassian. You will be required to plan and work with your identity team to save on the licences costs and support operational procedures in the future. We offer consultancy about the best way to set up Atlassian Access as part of the migration. 

Training: For preparation for the migration, we offer Instructor-led official Atlassian Training courses to prepare your users for the new functionality.

License Management: As Atlassian partners, we can handle the intricate process of quoting for Cloud licenses and manage them for you.
