If you have a problem to solve and you call upon us here are the conditions:
We need to come in and assess what the issues really are.
If this is something we can't solve right away, we will need to retire to our premises and work on it to reproduce and solve.
Once we have a solution, come again and solve it for you.
We don't take on something we know we can't solve.
If we can't solve it, we don't charge.
If we do solve it, we invoice NZ$90/hour+GST (NZ$101.25/hour) on site and NZ$64/hour+GST (NZ$72/hour) for the work done on our premises.
The amount of time we are allowed to spend can be capped at your desire, but has to be reasonable.
The "no solution no charge" promise stands if we can't solve it in the capped time you've specified.
